why a guided learning activity is down

The guided activity for “Learn balance in Design” seems to be broken or down. I get an "Unable to Open Document" error when trying to open it. This is happening in multiple browsers, and with cache cleared. Has it been removed for some reason or is this temporary? Does anyone happen to still have it to share? Was hoping to use it in my courses this week.

      Hi ​@G-PoNg! Since you’ve already tried clearing the cache and using multiple browsers, could you also try opening the activity in an Incognito/Private window to rule out any browser extensions or stored session data issues?

      If you’re using a VPN, school network, or corporate network, please try temporarily disabling the VPN or switching to another network, such as a mobile hotspot, and see if the activity loads.

      You can also try accessing the learning activity from here: Adobe Express Learn

      If the issue persists, please share a screen recording of what you’re experiencing, along with your browser/version, and let us know whether you’re using a personal or school Adobe account.

      This will help us narrow it down.

      Thank you!  I also did try the incognito/private mode earlier as well and same issue.

      I am actually home today, but will try this on our school network tomorrow morning.

      I tried your link, and here is a screencast of the issue.

      Same results as before unfortunately.

      I believe we have the K-12 licensing for our Adobe accounts.

      All other guided activities work except that one. 

      Does it work for you?
