Why am I not able to use my 2025/2025 credits for premium features?

My account is showing that I have 2025/2025 credits left to utilize on premium features which was my whole reason to pay extra for this account. I was not able to use my credits so I assumed I used them all before today which was my "reset" date. Well the reset day was extended  and I still can't use any premium credits which I have 2025 left of. Please assist.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the screenshots. I understand how frustrating it must be not being able to use your premium credits, especially after paying for them.

Could you please confirm which Adobe app you’re using (e.g., Adobe Express, Stock, etc.) and whether you are on web, desktop, or mobile? This will help us narrow down the cause.

In the meantime, please try:

  • Signing out and back into your Adobe account.

  • Checking if your subscription is active and linked to the correct Adobe ID: https://adobe.ly/47Q9g3b

  • If using Adobe Express, verify that your credits are visible under Branding & Premium Assets.

If the issue continues, please share a short screen recording or additional details so we can escalate this to our product team.
