Why are the free photos not separated?

In Adobe Spark Post there was an option for free stock photos to use and another for paid stock photos to license. Now they are all lumped together so you have to sift through dozens of paid photos before finding a free one to use. There's not even an option to sort by free.

 

I don't want to have to use the website to get free stock photos and then import them into the app. It adds extra steps and time and is tedious. I tried to complain to a chat person, but they said they don't take complaints for their mobile apps. Does anyone have a decent workaround?

I reinstalled the app and it seems to work.

I have the same issue - and I'm a premium user. It doesn't make sense.

Hi Pi,

 

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. The option "Free photos" has been replaced by "Adobe Stock photos". With your premium membership to Creative Cloud Express, you get access to the entire royalty-free Adobe Stock photo collection. If you are having trouble accessing those Adobe Stock photos, then you can try reinstalling the app and it won't delete your saved projects. Just make sure while login back you are using the same username/email that you used to create all your projects.

Thank you, Saquib - I will try that. Has just not tried to login to the app for a long time - I know wich email I used to create my account (my old) - but not sure about a login code? Can I login with for example with my apple ID instead?

Hi Saquib

Please help me also. Can't find the free fotos in the new CC Express app, when I push + to start up builiding a new post. Thought I could try Alans succes with reinstalling the app - but it says, that if I delete the app, it will also delete all my data - I'm not sure if that means, that it will delete all my post projects. What shall I do? I have a little business and really depending on this app to make new commercials.
