why can't I open the adobe express in creative cloud app

why can't I open the adobe express in creative cloud app? always show that " the page can't be showed for you, but we can help you" , my labtop is mac os system(11.4).  thanks for your advice.

Thank you for writing. We see no issues with the app. Try these steps. Sign out and sign in, reinstall the app, and also check on another device if possible. Check if these steps work. If not, then write us back with the screenshot of the error, and we will assist you further.
