Why does this message keep showing up when I am trying to downoad a file?

Please let us know if this happens every time you download a project. Is it a specific project type that you download, and this error show up? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or working on incognito/private browsing mode to see if that makes any difference?
