Why doesn’t Adobe Express provide usable JPG links for automation workflows?

Hello community,

I’d like to raise a point that I believe concerns many of us who use Adobe Express not just to create, but also to automate our publishing workflows (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business…).

While tools like Figma, Canva Pro, Crello, and others offer direct links to . jpg or . png files that are easily usable in automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n…), Adobe Express, despite being the creative leader, only provides a link to an interactive web page. 🤔 🤔

This makes things unnecessarily complicated for those of us who want to automate and stay within the Adobe ecosystem.
Maybe I missed an option somewhere? I’d love to know if there’s a hidden trick or planned improvement to get a simple, usable image link.

Have others here encountered the same issue?
And Adobe, any chance this could be addressed to align with what competitors already provide?

Thanks for taking the time to share your concern here. As of now, there is a feature present in Adobe Express that allows users to share a view-only link for the project along with other export options. (refer to the screenshots)

 

However, if you're looking for a feature to directly link an exported project via link, you can drop a feature request for the same with our product team directly, here: https://adobe.ly/3GqjgoM

Pourquoi Adobe Express ne propose pas de vrais liens d'images exploitables pour l’automatisation ?

Bonjour la communauté,

Je me permets de soulever un point qui, je pense, concerne pas mal d’entre nous qui utilisons Adobe Express non seulement pour créer mais aussi pour automatiser nos publications (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business…).

Alors que des outils comme Figma, Canva Pro, Crello, et d’autres concurrents proposent des liens directs vers des fichiers . jpg ou . png exploitables dans des workflows d’automatisation (Make, Zapier, n8n…), Adobe Express, en position de leader créatif, nous fournit seulement un lien vers une page web interactive.

Cela complique énormément la tâche pour ceux qui veulent aller plus loin et automatiser leurs publications en restant dans l’écosystème Adobe. J’ai cherché une option, une astuce, peut-être que quelque chose m’échappe… mais je n’ai pas trouvé de solution pour obtenir simplement un lien d’image exploitable.

Est-ce que d’autres ici ont rencontré le même problème ?
Est-ce qu’Adobe prévoit une amélioration sur ce point ?

Merci à la communauté pour vos idées ou retours, et merci à Adobe d’envisager peut-être d’harmoniser ses pratiques avec celles de ses concurrents sur ce point clé pour les créateurs et automatiseurs.

Thank you for your reply and for the warm welcome to the community.
I understand that the current feature allows sharing a view-only project link, but unfortunately this does not address the need I’m referring to.

What more and more users are looking for today (especially those working with automation tools like Make, Zapier, etc.) is a direct link to the exported file ( .jpeg, . png, . pdf, etc.), immediately usable by a machine or API, without going through an intermediate Adobe Express page.

This is not an “exotic” or niche request — most competitors (Figma, Canva, Crello, etc.) already offer it, as it is becoming a standard for modern workflows, particularly for freelancers and businesses seeking efficiency gains.

I’d like to emphasize that this is not just a “nice-to-have” but an essential evolution to remain competitive in an ecosystem where automation is increasingly important.
