Why is there no option to contact customer service?

I cancelled Adobe Express, and it says I was issued a refeund. Yet instead I am being charged for it. That now become a double charge.

Why is there a link that says to chat with support, but once you click it there is no option whatso damn ever?

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
(REMOVED BY MODERATOR)

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

you're welcome.  (and, in the future, please don't post spam; your posts are monitored.)

addendum: @Kieran311592607mup was warned, but proceeded by posting a link to a spam site.

So, the three ways come down to two since the phone number has been removed by moderator. The Chatbot does not know any answers and whatever I type, it does not understand and is "still learning". I could get an agent if I have an active account. I don't. I have the Adobe Digital Editions, which was heavily promoted as "free" (as is Adobe Reader for PDF). My authorisation links under Help are all greyed out. I cannot do anything about authorisation and I am hesitant to completely uninstall and reinstall as I have active books in the app. Most of the time, this does not matter, but I wish to have the control back as some problems are only solved through these dialogs. A search online about authorisation shows that Adobe always assumes the software and the authorisation commands are fully functional. On one occasion I could not download a book from a website which I have used successfully in the past and the site reported an authorisation issue. I have been able to view other books, but not that specific book, which is an important document for me at the moment. I realise big companies get swamped, but a chatbot that is "thick as two short planks" (It means "stupid" if you have never heard the phrase before.) It keeps asking me if I want to authorise or erase autorisation, but it can't understand the concept of "it doesn't work!".
