Why the laaaaaaag?

I am on Windows 10 Edge browser, and my internet is fast enough. There is unbelievable lag when I use the editor, there were times that a save took so long that I had enough time to go and watch a short YouTube video.

Honestly, this is time-consuming and annoying. I like CCE because it is simple to do a post for social media, but the lag disrupt working flow.

Any solutions for that, please?

    Do not use Firefox.

    Use Chrome browser to test.

     

    Testing on Safari works fine (quick)

    Mac Firefox still presents issues.

    I don't have Windows 10Edge, but I hope that Chrome would behave similarly on both Mac/Win.

    Having the same problem!  The downloading was fine when using Adobe Spark, now using ACCE take wayyyyyyy too long to download.

    We too, have terrific internet service and the speed is very fast on all our other programs.  WHAT HAPPENED???

    This is very time consuming and annoying!!!

      Sorry for the trouble. Things should be working better than that. Have you tried the above-mentioned steps? If so, can you provide some screen-recording of the issue you encountered?

      Hi vaniamaciel,

       

      Sorry about that. Not what we want to hear. Would you be able to clear cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using? Also, try using another browser like Chrome or Firefox? Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

          Thanks for your reply.

          Edge was built on Chromium, which is an open source browser project built and maintained by Google. I will download Safari and see if it works there. 

          I really don't want to use Chrome at  the moment due to countless security issues of late.

          Anyhow, I believe it should work fine for every browser, otherwise it is not a product for everyone.


          Please, Adobe, sort this out.
