Question

Why when I use any process, example Remove Background, process start and run so 10 second, then open Error "We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home. UUID: de1068bc-b5cf-4ddf-b14a-831283945792"

The problem is still there even if I restart the PC or log in again. And this ERROR appears at all levels of the image.

Restarting your machine will do nothing - as Express is a web-based application.

    Hi There,

I have the same issue on my Adobe Express account. And I’m using Windows 11 and Google Chrome. I’ve also tried using Edge but getting the same error.

Hi @Amigo, Sorry you're hitting this!

Can you share the UUID error code you’re getting? Also, let us know when this error shows up. Does it happen with all the projects, or a particular project type, like video, post, etc.?

The UUID error usually points to an account/service-connection issue, not a bug in any single tool.

Here are some steps that might help you fix this:

    • Sign out fully, clear cache/cookies, restart browser, sign back in.
    • Try Incognito/Private browsing mode (no extensions), disable VPN, and firewall if any.
    • If nothing works, contact Adobe Support via helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and share the UUID error code, this helps with the backend logs and helps identify exact failure.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @David.Hofman,

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know which operating system you’re using? Which browser are you on? Have you tried using another browser to check if that helps? If you’ve installed any Plugins/Extensions, try disabling them and check again.

Also, try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you’re on, or signing out and signing in again to check if that makes any difference.

    Regards,

    Tarun
