Wichtiges Projekt lässt sich nicht öffnen. Was tun?

Hallo, ich möchte ein wichtiges Projekt in Adobe Express öffnen und bekomme folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Ein unerwartetes Problem ist aufgetreten. Versuche, die Seite zu aktualisieren, oder kehre zur Startseite zurück.  UUID: 2d37970e-12b4-4360-b3bc-98ff119f6c63".

System (Windows 11) ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Browser (Edge) ebenfalls . Mit Chrome hat es auch nicht funktioniert. Und bei einem eingeladenen Bearbeiter funktioniert es auch nicht. Mehrmals versucht. Immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung. 😥

Since the project cannot be opened in either Edge or Chrome and the invited editor is experiencing the same issue, this appears to be project specific rather than a browser issue. Could you check whether you’re able to open other Adobe Express projects normally? If possible, also try opening the project from a different device. 

If the project still cannot be opened, you’d may to share the project ID and the browser HAR file with us to investigate what might be causing the issue, (we’d need access to the project). 

Let us know if that’s fine with you to proceed here or you can directly contact Adobe Support and provide them with the UUID shown in the error message. They can investigate the project specific issue at the account level.
