work is cutting out premature at the end of mp4

Question

I've come across a hurdle that I've never seen before in the five years I've been here

My videos at the end the showcase are cutting them shorts sometimes it's the audio cutting short sometimes it's the video cutting short but it's been a constant for the past four projects

Anybody else experiencing Is there a work around Is this a glitch it's new to me

and I'm on here constantly so if anyone could help me with a fix or is this maybe possibly something to do with my settings for output or downloading or something I don't know I'm lost at this one Any help would be great

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details! It sounds like you might be experiencing an issue with video or audio being cut off at the end of your exported MP4 files. We’d love to look into this further.

Please confirm if this happened while editing in Adobe Express, and if so, try duplicating the project and exporting again to see if the issue persists.
