Your new update is worse than before

When you crop an image, it only crops the background. It doesn't crop the actual image size, which is so frustrating. I'm sure you'll write back with how to crop the full image, but I've searched EVERYWHERE. It's way too hard to find wherever it is right now. Your new update only made this service worse. Video editing is not user friendly anymore. Your scheduler app does not work, and keeps disconnecting my accounts randomly and posts ALWAYS fail. I've reached out to your team about this many times and they are not able to figure out what's going on. I've followed all the steps. My accounts will be connected, and then posts fail. I don't get a notification to the app saying my post failed, so I don't even realize something failed until days later when I sign back in. Auto cropping on social media is terrible. I had to switch to a different scheduling service, because marketing DEPENDS on social media posts actually posting. I may cancel this service. It's not worth it anymore.

I wasn't able to replicate your mentioned issues. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs and may have resolved these.
