Your request has been sent, pops up when i try to view a file I own. I have not gotten an email despite it being my own work

Hi ​@Kiera+Burke, the "Your request has been sent" message is part of the sharing/access request flow, which shouldn't appear for files you own, but for files that are shred with you from a different Adobe ID.

It can also occurs when you're accessing an Express file link while not signed in to the correct Adobe account, or when the file's ownership has become associated with a different account. 

I’d recommend you to try the following steps:

• Ensure that you're signed in to the same Adobe account you used to create the files. If you have multiple Adobe IDs (e.g. a school, work, or personal account), try signing in with each one and check the "Your stuff" section on the Express home page.
• Once signed in to the correct account, go directly to https://new.express.adobe.com and look for the files under Home → Your stuff → All projects, rather than using the direct link.
• Try the direct file link again while signed in, if you're the owner, the access request screen should not appear once you're authenticated.

I am trying to view a presentation i created on adobe express, but i went on my profile and it was not there along with an infographic file I also created. I went through my history and I can find the title and tab that existed but when I click on the page says "Your request has been sent, youll get an email from the owner when they approve your request.” How should I go about getting access to these files.
