Adobe Express Download/Export Stuck at 5% on Mobile and Desktop

Title: Adobe Express Download/Export Stuck at 5% on Mobile and Desktop

Issue:
I am unable to download/export my Adobe Express project. The download process gets stuck at 5% and never completes.

Product: Adobe Express

Platforms tested:

• Android mobile app

• Desktop web browser

What I tried:

• Restarted the Adobe Express app

• Restarted the device

• Logged out and logged back in

• Tried downloading a single page

• Tried different devices

• Tried different browsers

• Cleared cache

• Tested with a simple/single-page design

The issue still occurs and the download remains stuck at 5%.

Expected result:
The design should export/download successfully as PNG/JPG/PDF.

Actual result:
Export remains stuck at 5% and does not complete.

This is affecting my work because I cannot download completed designs from Adobe Express.

Please investigate this export/download issue and provide a fix or workaround.
