Within the last two days, I have noticed that I no longer can edit line or letter spacing. There is no longer an option/button available. Can anyone help with this?

When editing my text, I no longer have a feature to increase or decrease spacing between letters and lines. There used to be a button I could select and adjust both letter and line spacing. This feature has disappeared.
