Abnormally large file size for Cinderblock material from the asset library

This asset is a scan-based asset, and the maps of the scan are quite heavy and represent the majority of the weight of the asset. 
If you want lighter assets only, you can filter on the platform to only have fully procedural assets show in the search results and exclude scan-based ones!
