Hello,

I got a problem downloading some materials.
The “Access denied! ... blah blh ” kept popping up, so I tried to solve it, but failed.

Anyway, What I found out is all the material that I cannot download has an 'MDL' tag.

Could you guys let me know the reason or solution?

or these materials are not allowed to ordinary users?

Hi @MINCHUL304986698nas
A colleague found the reason why.
A few years ago the assets with MDLs were removed from the platform and this material in particular (because iridescent paint), it created a “lie” effect between the source visuals and what users had in their rendering engine.
We therefore deleted the assets from the download, they are archived, so users who have already downloaded them before deletion can still have access to them, however it is not an asset visible in the search for others. I would be interested to know how you got the url search link?
Best regards
Cédric
