I'm getting this error when trying to download an SBSAR from Substance3d.
Was working last week and I have the correct profile selected and I get the same error in a different browser on a different machine.

Correct answer Marion3D

No, it's been like that from the very beginning of the subscription.
I can't download any new assets, only ones that have been previously downloaded.

After some digging it looks like this org appears as you are part of the org where some org members have a license, but you are only a "viewer" and can't download new assets as you have not been assigned a Substance license.
Only one person in your org has a Substance licensed assigned (K.M.), they should be able to download new assets.

Hi Calvin,
From what I can see on your account you don't seem to have a Substance 3D subscription, neither linked to your personnal profile or the Org you are part of, and you don't have any download history on the Substance 3D Assets website.
Is it possible that you have a second Adobe account that you used for your Substance subscription?

Hi Marion
There are 2 org "profiles" for some reason. The bottom one is what I use from the screenshot
Those are also some of the assets that have been previously downloaded in the screenshot.

Ok, you might have been added to an additional org by your admin then, I could not see that on my side.
Does that mean that now that you switched to the right org, you are not back to normal and are able to download your assets?

So my company has a lot of licenses between Substance and PS etc. I need to grab an fbx and a SBAR off of the substance source website. okay no biggie.... log into adobe, then log into substance, its showing the correct company profile but when I go to download anyting I get "access denied you don't have permission". so I log out and log back in, this time in a different order and bam "access denied you don't have permission". Ive tried over and over... at some point... I just have to give up and move on. I have deadlines and they dont include hopping onto a discusson forum to find an answer to a problem that should not exist. Adobes purchasing of substance was the worst thing that happened to substance. what do I do? Contacting the owner of my companies liscne takes time the he, nor I have to deal w/ this.

Hi Josh,

You mention that you "log into adobe, then log into substance".
What do you mean by that?
You only need to log in with Adobe to get access to your 3D assets, and you have to select your org in your profile
There is no need to do anything Substance-related!

Hey thanks for your response. I apologize for my frustraion in my last comment. So, when I go to lets say, Substance Source, I get asked to log in either through my substance account or through adobe. Today I logged into adobe and when I return to the substace website, I get the "access denied warinig" However when I log in through substance I can access SBAR's etc. I just dont understand why there is a disconnect between the two? In the end, I know now to ignore the adobe login and use the Substance login, but it took some time through trial and error to figure this out.
