I upgraded my subscription to Adobe 3D Collection plan. I am able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download .fbx and .glb files, this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!

Ok, a case of a user having two subscriptions on an individual account had never happened in the past but we will make sure it works properly if it happens for someone else in the future.
May I ask why you needed two different 3D subscriptions?

Hi,
This is not normal!
But I can see that since you posted the message you have been able to download 3D models. Have you made changes on your side for it to work or did it started to work again by itself?

When I upgraded from Texture to Collection, my account reflected both and it still defaulted to the lower plan so I couldn't download fbx and glb files that are included on the higher plan. 

Since both plans overlapped, I had to cancel Substance Texture so I can download assets that are included on my Substance Collection.
