Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!

I am having a slight issue not being able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download I get this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!

Hi!Do you have the right profile selected when open your profile on the 3D assets website?Please see this doc page , in particular the ORG selection, and let me know if that fixes your issue!-Marion
