I am having a slight issue not being able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download I get this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!

Hi!
Do you have the right profile selected when open your profile on the 3D assets website?
Please see this doc page , in particular the ORG selection, and let me know if that fixes your issue!
