From what I can see in your account you received your 30 points on nov. 13th and since used 3 of those download points.
You should receive your december's worth of download points later today or in the next couple of days.
If you can't see your download point, can you please make sure you are logged in with your Adobe account? If you have several accounts please make sure you are logged in with the same account as the one you used for the forum!
