all of my points and assets are gone

I cant belive it, but I hadnt used my source account in a few years.  Anyhow I went to login and get some of my already paid for materials now that megascans is paid on fab.  To my suprise everything I paid for is gone. 

Having done some more research, there was an oportunity to "transfer" assets and points.   I thought this had already happened years ago when Adobe took over.

Im quite upset as I had thousands of unspent points and probably 50-100 already purchaced assets that were supposed to be avalible for an indefinite period of time.

Is there anything I can do at this point to retrieve the assets ive already purchaced?
