Question

Assets from old Allegorithmic Abo?

Dear Adobe Community,

I used to have a substance Abo in the time it belonged to Allegorithmic. Maybe 3years ago I decided to cancel the abo, because I had to change my 3D profession.

but that time I had collected a lot of materials within the abo, like today adobe does with the points.

Is there a way to get these old access/points to the collected materials again? Would be great.

And is there a way to just buy an abo for the asset library? Dont need painter and other software. Just want to use these nice materials within my 3d software.

Thank you for any help.

Best regards

Hilmar

Hi Hilmar,

A couple of years ago we sent out emails to let people with Allegorithmic accounts know that they had to do a transfer of their licensed assets from their Allegorithmic account to their Adobe account.
Unfortunately if you did not do that at the time and that you have no backup of your assets they can not be recovered.

There is no way to only have access to the assets currenlty unfortunately, but as an individual if you take a subscription you will not have your points removed if you cancel your subscription. So you can take a texturing (30 materials) or a collection (50 materials, models and/or lights) subscription, use them and/or save the points and after 14 days if youc cancel you will keep the points so you can use them later as you need them. Depending on how many points you need you can subscribe for a few months and then stop it when you don't need more!
