Can 3D Assets repair the 3D models scanned by 3D scanner？

I get many 3D models from my handheld 3D scanner, from movie and game characters to parks sculptures. But these models are all have some deficts on them, can I use the 3D Assets to repair these models?

You should look into modeling software or specialized software for 3D scanning!

Substance 3D Assets is a library of 3D assets, I am not sure how it could be helpful in your particular case.
