Can't acces Substance 3D Assets materials with Subtance 3D texturation account

Question

Hi all,

I was browsing the Substance 3D Assets materials library and when I selected one material I wanted to download, the button says "Subscribe" and when I click on it it redirect me on the subscription page :

So I choose the first option (because it has the materials I want to use in it), then because I already own it it says :

So I'm kind of stuck in a loop to acces those materials...

If someone can help; thanks in advance !

J'ai trouvé !!Je n'avais pas cette option de selection de compte alors j'ai été un peu fouiller dans les paramètres du compte CC Et voilà ce qui posait problème ! L'option m'empêchait de voir tout autre profil associé...Merci beaucoup pour votre assistance Marion, Bien à vous, Antoine I found it!!I didn't have this account selection option so I was a bit digging into the CC account settings And that's the problem! Bonjour Antoine,De ce que je vois dans votre compte client il semblerait que vous ayez deja une souscription Texturing en cours depuis septembre 2022, ce qui explique pourquoi vous ne pouvez en prendre de nouvelleCordialement,Marion
