Can't Access Materials after Purchasing Substance 3D Texturing Plan

I recently purchased the Substance 3D Texturing plan (in addition to my Adobe for Enterprise plan), but can't seem to download any of the Substance 3D Assets following purchase. I am able to download all of the 3D apps, but when I launch the Substance 3D Assets it still asks me to Subscribe and not loading my 30 monthly downloads. Has anyone else had this issue and what was the fix?

Hi Jeremy,
I can see that you have been credited 30 download points on the 9th of February - it is possible that it took a few hours for the points to be added to your account after your subscription

No, it is still showing 0 downloads available.

You have two adobe profiles linked with this email address - one personal and one linked to your team. Your Substance subscription is linked to your personal profile, so please make sure you select "personal" when you log in on the platform!

Same here, subscribed for ~ 6 months and still have ~30 downloads, but last month when login it shows 0 materials, like a brand new account.
Any substance staff here? please solve.

Hi Siu Ming,

I don't see any subscription on the Adobe account linked to the Adobe profile you have used for this comment - would if be possible that you have two adobe accounts and that you used another one for your subscription? In that case the Substance 3D Assets download points will also be linked to the other account
