Can't download any material assets with Substance 3D texturing account plan

Dear all!

I am currently enrolled in the individual Substance 3D Texturing plan(19.99/mo)  with a .edu mail address. I subscribed yesterday.

That said I will be able to download 30 assets per month.

I know there will be two options once we log in, one is my personal account, and the other is Company or school account

and I am 100% sure that I purchased this plan with my personal account option and logged in the library with the exact same one.

But weird things happened, I got no points for downloading so far.

and every time I tried to download the materials I wanted, it would lead me to the subscribe page, but to tell me I was already in this plan...

I've also tried Creative Cloud and had the same results...

I am kind of confused and wondering if there's anything to do with my Adobe ID region. ( I am currently living in NYC so is my billing address, but my Creative Cloud is all in Chinese which is quite strange...)

Does anyone know what's happening there? How did you get this addressed?
