Can't download assets

Whenever I try to download assets, this error code pops up. I have a student account, so I don't know who to contact to have this fixed. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

Download assets from where, using what program?

The message seems clear to me... your student account does not include what you want

Did YOU pay for your account, or was it provided by your school?

It was provided by my school. It's included in my tuition since I use it for class. All I'm trying to do is download assets for 3D Subtance Painter. I'm supposed to have unlimited asset use as well.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
