Can't Log Into Substance Assets Login Just Spins Forever...

OK. It's not about whch password i'm using, I can't eneter any password. I have a creative cloud, adobe and substance desiner password.  Doesn't matter what I use (I'm not allowed to enter anything, it's just a spinning blue login arrow forever. I havent typed a thing, it's there spinning when the page opens.). SEE PIC

 

I tried coming in through the internet, through substance designer and theough the CC. Doesn't mater always the same spinning arrow over login.  And it never, ever, ends. Help. LOL

Hi Zuntaras,

I'm glad you could finally log in!
You can choose to transfer your list of licensed assets and/or your download points from your legacy allegorithmic/substance account to your Adobe account so you can keep access to them after september 30th, 2022 when the legacy accounts will not be accessible anymore.
You will find all the information on who is eligible and how to do it in this documentation page. Please let me know if you have mre questions after going through the page!

OK the website was wacked apparenty. I can log in, but it wants me to transfer. It will transfer my assets, but I havent done it yet because it says I am going to lose over 500 download points because they are not eligible to transfer. I am not gonna lose those points that I was saving, so what am I doing wrong please? Thanks.

Ok I logged in with my substance designer and it's good. My God, coud they make this any more difficult and confusing....LOL
