Can't use my credits on substance 3D assets library

Hello, I have a subscription to Substance 3D Collection for teams (but I'm not the account's admin) but I can't download any assets/materials from the substance 3D asset library. I have enough credits and the button to download the ressources is available but when I click on it, it gives me an error message. Could you help me solve the problem so I can use my points to buy assets? Thank you

Can you please let us know what the error displayed on the site is when you try to license an asset?
If you have the posibility to share with us if there are more details in the console of your browser it would be very useful as well

Yes of course
there is the message "access denied! you are not authorized to perform this
action
Please contact your account administrator"

I already contact the administrator of the account but he doesn't know what
to do to correct the problem

The issue should be fixed now, can you please try again and let me know if it works for you?
You might have to reload the page with the cache cleared
