Cant access substance 3d community asset site

I am having a similar issue. I can get into the site (Substance 3D Community Assets) fine, but when I try to sign in with my account, it says that it's not supported and to use a personal account. I don't have a personal account, and the project I am trying to use is on my company/ student account. What should or do I need to do???
