Hi!

I have a subscription for Substance, and I can download assets from the web at:
https://substance3d.adobe.com/

But when I try to access the same assets from the Creative Cloud Desktop Client, under Stock and Marketplace -> 3D

I get this error: To download assets first subscribe to a 3d offer

I have tried to logout and login again in the client, and still the same error.

Hi @Danijo761

Sadly Creative Cloud Desktop Client does not support Enterprise and Team type of account for purchasing assets

On CCD you can't choose to login with your Enterprise account, and then swith between enterprises if you belong to several... This is a feature that only exists on the web side for now.

This is a known issue and we work across Adobe to fix it. Substance 3D are the first one to actually propose a full end to end purchase workflow from within CCD and therefore we've discovered this issue down the way.

In the mean time we are currently re-working our UI on the Substance 3D tab in CCD to make this issue visible to users.

I have been trying to download models from the Substance Assets website and am unable to. March 3, 2025. I have a subscription to the Substance suite yet when I try to download assets it just keeps saying 'Subscribe'. I see my Adobe avatar and my name at upper right of the sceeen - ie, I am logged into my acct and in CC it shows all my products (including Stager, Painter and Substance 3D Viewer as up-to-date on my computer.

This happened months ago also, but at that time I was told I needed an Enterprise acct.

After the recent change to making Assets available and no credits required, I was told now I'd have full access to the Assets with my student account. Yet models still cannot be downloaded for me to use with Ps beta and the Substance Viewer beta. I've made multiple attempts today.

Why aren't Substance Assets downloading or usable?

My system is Win 11, processor = NVIDIA 4090, Intel i9 14th gen, 16GB VRAM, 32GB RAM.

Hi @Fotomaker01RA, I apologize for the confusion and excited to see your interest in the Viewer beta. Due to some technical constraints on our end, users with Student and Teacher EDU accounts won't have unmetered access to the 3D Assets Library until mid March. I will let you know directly as soon as it is resolved.
