I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
I used to access my Substance 3D account with a Student License. where I built a big asset library and purschased much of Download Points, that I can no longer access right now, and when a i contacted the custmor support they were totally unhelpful, made me wait for like an hour, transfering through different agents, then they left me in the chat for like an hour or more with no response.
All I asked for is the link my Substance account to Adobe to transfer my Content!

This is totally unacceptable.

I've been bombarded with Adobe ads. Trying to watch a film - and stupid adobes ads every 10 mins.

you can try phone or twitter, but your request is not common. that's not to say it's unreasonable, just not as easy to answer as you might think.
