Didn't get email for the Substance Painter's student license

I've tried to get the student license for Substance Painter, but it didn't work. At first I tried to fill the form with the email address that was used to create Adobe account, but it said I typed invalid UniqueID and asked me to correct errors before submitting the form. The problem is I didn't get any email back. I've checked my inbox multiple times, there is no message neither in received nor spam.

Submitting the form again displays error stating that UniqueID already exists. Is there any way to solve this? It seems to me that there is no button that would allow me to resend the email. I receive every other message that Adobe sends me, so it's not a problem of my email address.
