Question

Doesn't cloud storage support .spp files?

So I just subscribed to the Substance 3D Texturing plan, which comes with 100GB of cloud storage. When I tried saving my project on the cloud like I do with Ps or Ai, I can't find the option, and if I try to drag the .spp and drop it in a folder in my cloud, it says the filetype is not supported.

It just doesn' make sense to me. Why would the plan come with 100GB of storage if you can't use it?

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi
Like Kglad wrote this is not the most appropriate place in the forum for your question. But as Product Manager of Painter, I find your question legitimate, there is certainly a reason why.
Let me check.

We indeed do not support spp files in the cloud storage, but it may come in the future.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
