Downloaded model has more triangles that advertised?

Hello,

I was just wondering why the polycount of the models found on the assets page doesn't correspond to the polycount I get when I open the FBX file in an external tool (Maya, Unity, e.g.).

Take this office chair: https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/db647de2625d86f6c792f8c46eea2c0b7def49ec. It states that it is made of 1.6K triangles, but when I open the FBX file in Maya, it shows 56.7K instead.

I'm somewhat new to 3D, so there is probably something I'm missing

Sorry, don't know how I could have missed it but for anyone that might be as blind as me, it literally says: triangles 1.6K AND quads 26K
