Hi i dont understand why i have to download credits for the Substance 3D assets. its been half a year having this yearly plan and just recently got into substance painter yet i cant even download any of the materials
Sorry for the late answer. I had a look with your account and the email you used to post this message; I do find a subscription fo Creative Cloud but I do not find any Substance related subscription. Maybe you have a free subscription for education or students and therefore there is not credits given for such type. You have nevertheless access to the free assets in 3D Assets. best regards Cédric Marchessoux Product Manager
I think the only way is to pay for a Texturing or Collectionindivual plan and then you will have access to assets. Full assets type with the Collection plan.
