Ive have the yearly subscription yet i have 0 download credits for the Substance 3D assets

Hi i dont understand why i have to download credits for the Substance 3D assets. its been half a year having this yearly plan and just recently got into substance painter yet i cant even download any of the materials

    Hi

    Sorry for the late answer. I had a look with your account and the email you used to post this message;
    I do find a subscription fo Creative Cloud but I do not find any Substance related subscription.
    Maybe you have a free subscription for education or students and therefore there is not credits given for such type. You have nevertheless access to the free assets in 3D Assets.

    Is there a way for people on the education subscription to purchase credits? I'd like to use other models

    Hi

    I think the only way is to pay for a Texturing or Collectionindivual  plan and then you will have access to assets.
    Full assets type with the Collection plan.
