Hi,

I had a bunch of points for a previous PAID subscription.

How is it possible that I cannot download anything anymore?

Hi @elius32306509rvfs - individuals with points accumulated from prior Substance 3D subscriptions had access to 3D Assets Library available to them through the end of April. Unmetered access to the full library of Substance 3D Assets will require an active Adobe Substance 3D Subscription now.

I figured this out from other discussions, but I find it unacceptable. How is it possible that you didn't even send a personal notification to warn about this deadline?
