New 3D assets browser

Why I cant´t download Substance assets form the new assets browser? I have 500 point but in the new assets browser i have 0 points !!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Yep, I have an Adobe account for all the apps..........

Hi,

From what I can see you have no Adobe Substance 3D subscription, so you can transfer your list of assets from your Substance account but not the remaining points.
However you can continue using your download points by logging in with your Substance account on the Substance 3D Assets website!
If you choose to subscribe to an Adobe Substance 3D subscription in the coming months you will be able to transfer your remaining download points on yoru Adobe account
