No more points/credits

I had 20 credits remaining from a previous subscription which I had every intention of using eventually, but now Adobe has suddenly changed things and given full access with subscriptions - that's great - but why do I lose the credits I already paid for? Are you going to refund me? It seems I have to shell out more money to resubscribe now and pay again for what I already paid for.

I just realized I can't even download the assets I bought in the past anymore! Why was there no prior notice to this happening!?
