Paying for Substance Library Access as a Student still no access or support after a week of paying

Ive been paying for access to substance library, spent an hour on the phone and nobody has responded to my emails in the past week.
I've been sitting in class for the past week with no access to assets paying for, or support after a week of paying.
Reaching out here as nobody has responded to my support requests or emails for a week and I have finals due this sunday so this has become annoying to deal with while paying for services with zero support.

Hi @JustinRhinehart , my apologies for the frustration. I will look into this. Can you please confirm that you are logged into Painter using the same account you have used to purchase your subscription? And, are you able to download assets directly from the Substance 3D Asset website directly? https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/

spoked with a repp last week stating that the .edu subsciption does not include substance library, so I purchased the substance monthly subscription to access the substance library.  I just updated both cloud and substance, still cannot access substance assets both online and in app. 
Have been paying since lasty week and was told "it should just work within 24 hours"
