Points didn't transfer from Substance monthly subscription

I just bought a 3D Texturing monthly subscription and tried to transfer my account over, I got none of my points saved up (over 500 I believe from two years of subscription) and when I log into Substance3D they have dissapeared from there also!

I was presented with a screen saying I could transfer my points later so I wasn't worried about it. However as I said they have dissapeared from my ongoing Substance3D account. 😞

Hi StefBarz,

 

Are you sure you used the right Substance account to use to transfer your points and assets? From what I can see in my admin panel you did not have assets or points on account linked to the same email as your Adobe account, so you may have two Substance accounts and the one with your points is a different one.
