Question about previous subscription + not downloaded materials

Question

I had a subscription last year from May 2021 - Nov 2021 but had issues with my credit card so the subscription lapsed. I had not used any of my downloads for at least 4 months. I resubscribed this month and started over and I'm wondering if the downloads don't roll over from month to month? As in, if I don't use all my downloads in the same month, will I lose them? If they DO roll over, is there a way I can get the downloads from my previous subscription onto my new subscription? It's the same exact account just with a different credit card,

Hi,From what I can see the transfer worked and you were able to get your remaining points and previously licensed assets from your Substance account to your Adobe one

Hi,From what I see there was no previous 3D subscription on your Adobe account before March this year, is it possible that you were using your Substance account for your previous subscription?If that is the case, you have the possibility to transfer your unused points from your substance account to your Adobe one so you can keep using them there.You can find more details on the transfer in this doc page.
