Sbs file isn't loading as it should. Missing certain parts of the node graph

Hey, there's some interesing height map layering I'd like to look at for reference in this SBS file, but when it's opened in designer its missing the main height map forms. I've looked at the graph and can see some areas where nodes look to be missing. Anyone else seeing this for the material linked below?

Thanks a lot for having reported the issue.
It has been fixed. The team run some tests to make sure that any other content had similar same issues.
