Sharing Substance 3D Assets (points) between Adobe team members

Hi everyone,

 

I was wondering if anyone had knowledge on Substance 3D assets (points). Is there an option to share assets between adobe team members. If my teammate and I are collabrating on a project and I send them a file which includes a material they dont have liscensed will the file open?

Hi,
If you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription and are part of the same org as your teammate, you should have access to the assets they have downloaded by going to "my assets" and making sure that the filter "All organization assets" is selected. They will be able to download the asset from there without spending more points, as it is already licensed by your org.

 

However if you are not part of the same org you are not supposed to share assets with them: the individual license is a personnal one, and you can not redistribute assets. However if you bake the texture and you are not sharing the .sbsar or .sbs itself you can share the asset with your teammates without any issue.
