I've wasted hours today trying to access my source.substance3d.com assets. Please can you fix the login so it works with an existing account?

I confirm Substance/Allegorithmic legacy credentials still works as expected, there has been no interruption/shutdown since the release.

Does your credentials works fine on store.susbtance3d.com website ?

If that's the case please be careful on https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/ of password manager auto-completion. Since you are now on an adobe.com subdomain (and no longer substance3d.com ) your password manager will auto complete with your Adobe credentials if you have ones.

If you want to be 100% try in private navigation without any password manager involved, and manually enter your credentials (just to make sure)

You can access both. If you open 3D assets you will probably be logged in with your Adobe ID and will see points and assets from your Adobe account. Go to the top right of the page and log out. Then immediately log in with your old Substance log in details. That will give you access to your Substance assets and points.

Adobe have stated they are looking at a method to transfer points and assets to avoid the need for that dual log in.

I just want to access my substance materials. I accidently said 3d assets because of the adobe mess but I only want my matetials. When I try to log in with my substance3d account it just displays a little red box at the top of the screen about an error and obvioysly doesn't log me in. Now that I have created an account here and substance3d has changed domain I have to keep resetting my password and no success accessing my purchased materials or my points. This should've been tested before changing the domain!
