stuck on points transfer

Its been spinning like this after i enter my old account credentials. Is this normal?

i cancelled the process and tried again and it worked. very strange. anyways it works now. thanks

Ok thanks for the update and I'm glad it worked properly!

It could have been caused by a drop in network connexion during the login process
