Student Licene APO codes not available for this product

I'm a student attending GCU but when I try to request for a student license to use Substance, I get an error message saying, "APO codes not available for this product" and, "please correct errors before summiting this form"

I asked my classmates and professor if they knew what was wrong but they never encountered this before.

Please help me and thank you
