Subsance points and assets gone

Hello,

today I wanted to use some of my substance aquired materials after I haven't checked in for quite a while and just realized that the platform was discontinued. I believe I have linked my accounts somwhere in the past but all my points and materials are missing. Maybe I made a mistake when linking accounts, but I never really checked if the transfer was completed and was just continuing to use my substance account.

Is this it? All gone because I didn't pay enough attention to the 3 emails and this whole adobe/substance account chaos despite having paid loads for software and licenses?

On top of that, finding a support contact is made impossible on the adobe site.

Is there a way to retrieve my points and assets anyways?
