Substance 3D collection trial and 3D assets downloads

I have signed up for Substance 3D Collection trial which is supposed to give me downloads for 3D assets but my credit says 0 and the it takes me to subscribtion page. Any idea how I can fix this?

Hi Aino,

There are no 3D Assets download included in the trial, the download points will be credited to your account at the end of the trial period.
You can try the assets by looking into the free selection that we offer, there is a representative varitey of what is available
